This is a grassland so beautiful and warm
Where acacia trees dance among acacia trees
This is a place of play, where zebras and lions play
A place where animals talk in animal-like tongues

Do you know what sound a giraffe makes?

Take your children on an African adventure and get to know the inhabitants of the plains. Let your kids have fun with their favorite African animals while promoting their curiosity, creativity, and language and motor development. And, of course, when you need it desperately, it serves as a great distraction.

By the way, if you’re wondering... a giraffe doesn’t make a sound.

Thanks to our obsessive attention to detail, Savanna is one of the nicest looking games for children at the AppStore. See for yourself:

Our approach

Our family

We believe that surrounding our children with ugly, tacky toys is simply wrong. Small children are quite sensitive, and it is necessary to provide them with objects which engage them through beauty, fun and learning.

We have therefore set up a small studio to develop delightful games for the iPhone. We craft games that appeal to our children, and we believe your children will enjoy them, too.

This game would not have come about without the commitment of many talented people

Special thanks to David McDonnell for help with English and for a poem, to Alison and Trevor Marshall for help with voice acting (and to Harriet for a very beautiful poem), to Vašek Vančura a Vladimír Chalupa for never realised pre-alpha versions of the game, to Filip Crhák for first draft of the website, to my sons Jáchym and Jonáš for inspiration and beta testing, to my wife Radka for neverending support.
